Mustard Veloute
Ingredients
- veloute sauce 400 ml
- mustard 2 tbsp
- lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Intro
If mustard goes on hotdogs, then this goes on proper sausage.
Directions
- Bring to a simmer and mix in mustard and lemon juice.
- Stir and allow to incorporate until smooth. Serve hot.
