Coal-baked Potatoes

Directions

1. Rinse potatoes, and poke holes into them with a fork.
2. Wrap individually in foil, then throw onto hot coals. Do not toss into open fires.
3. Potatoes should be cooked through in 45-60 minutes. A knife should pierce them easily.
4. Let cool for 15 minutes before opening.

Notes

Easy when grilling or on an open fire. These are great with some salt and butter.
