Creamy Cucumber Salad

The freshness of this salad is fleeting. As a child, we would never save this for the next day.

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers, onions, and radishes.
  2. Make the dressing. Mix together the sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and some salt and pepper.
  3. Combine and toss just before serving.
