  1. Grill on the hot side of the grill on each side, 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. It should have a beautiful dark brown color all around when ready, but don’t hesitate to break one in half and check.

Notes

The sear is everything here. This has to be the best way to have italian sausage. Can also be done in a pan indoors, but it gets oily.
