Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

Intro

Just make this every thanksgiving. It’s very easy and much better than store-bought sauce.

Directions

  1. Melt the sugars in the water and juice in high heat. Keep boiling until sugars are dissolved.
  2. Add cranberries and zest and bring back to a boil, covered. Cranberries will begin to pop.
  3. Remove lid after popping is done, then lower to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, depending on desired thickness.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes, then place into the fridge for 2 hours or more before serving.
